1. Return Eligibility

- The request must be made within 3 days of the delivery date.
- The product must be in new, unused, and resalable condition.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, including any tags, labels, and accessories.
- The product should not be damaged, opened, or worn.
2. How to Return a Product
If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at contact@thevibetribe.co.in with the subject “Return Request” and provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your return request. If the return is approved, we will issue a Return Authorization and provide you with return instructions.
- Packaging: Please securely package the item in its original packaging. Ensure that the product is well-protected during transit to avoid any damage.
- Shipping the Return: Once you receive the return instructions, send the item(s) to the designated return address at your own expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return the product, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
3. Refund Process
- After we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take a few additional days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are non-returnable and cannot be refunded, including but not limited to:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Gift cards or digital products.
- Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If the product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at contact@thevibetribe.co.in with your order number and a description of the issue. We will gladly assist you with a replacement or full refund, and return shipping costs will be covered by us.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
7. Late Returns
Returns requested after 3 days from the delivery date will not be accepted. We encourage you to inspect your items promptly upon delivery and notify us of any issues within the return window.
8. Shipping Fees
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- Original Shipping: Shipping fees for the original purchase are non-refundable, unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
